WHEN DO I NEED TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE?
We apologise that the invites have landed a little later than expected. The printed invite states 15 November 2025, so please let us know as soon as possible if you can celebrate with us.
IS THERE TRANSPORT?
Bus transportation will be provided from Mount Ophir and central locations of Corowa and Rutherglen. Please be sure to state your accommodation when you RSVP, so we can arrange the best pickup for you.
Buses will transport you safely back to your original pickup spot once the celebrations wind down and the dancing comes to an end.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional*. Feel free to dress to impress in formal evening wear and ladies - we encourage wearing colour.
*Black tie optional: A dark suit and tie or a stylish cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us.
IS THERE PARKING?
Parking at the venue is available but limited.
If you won’t be needing the bus transport provided (as mentioned in the transport details), please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
WHAT TIME IS THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony will begin at 4.15PM sharp, so please arrive around 4PM to be seated and settled before it starts.
WHAT TIME IS THE RECEPTION?
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy welcome drinks before the reception begins. The reception is located nearby the garden ceremony — we look forward to celebrating with you.
